CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DEADLINE:

All orders on "In Stock" items before December 21st, 2016 should arrive at their destination in the continental United States by December 24, 2016. We re not responsible for USPS delays.

Where does Antoinette's Bath Shop ship to?

We ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands) via USPS. Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.  For shipping to destinations not listed above, please call or email us.

How are shipping charges calculated?

We use United States Postal Service 2 to 3 day Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes for most orders. We calculate shipping rates based on total weight of the order. Large orders may require more than one Flat Rate box. Free Shipping on orders over $100.

Why is Shipping Expensive?

Shipping is expensive, there is no denying it. Unfortunately, we have not control over shipping charges.  We utilize the least expensive method as possible according to the products being shipped.  Please note that bath bombs need to be bubble wrapped in order to ensure safe arrival.  We do not factor shipping materials or a handling fee into our shipping charges in order to control costs.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped from our store, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number to enable you to track your package.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Normally, we do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed.
